We are pleased to announce that this year we are utilizing a new online system called SchoolMint. SchoolMint makes parent-school communication easier than ever. Starting this year, re-enrollment paperwork will be done online. You can use your computer or a smartphone with the SchoolMint mobile app to complete all necessary forms.
If you are a RETURNING user to SchoolMint (you have submitted a new student application recently, such as for kindergarten pre-registration), use your already registered username to log into athenscity.schoolmint.net.
If your family is a NEW USER to SchoolMint, please sign up for a new account by going to athenscity.schoolmint.net/signup. (You will only sign up one time, regardless of the number of children you have in Athens City Schools).
Sign Up/Log In using an email address OR cell phone number and a new password.
You will see a screen asking, "Was your child a student at this organization last year?" Choose "Yes” if your child attended Athens City Schools last year.
You will see a green "Add returning student" button from your student dashboard. Enter your child's access code for student. (You should have received this by e-mail. This will go to the e-mail in the school’s database. Please check with your child to see if it went to his/her e-mail account).
Note: You will receive an access code for each returning student.
Proceed to save parent information, student information, and re-enrollment forms. Use the green button "Save and Continue Later" to save your progress as you complete the forms.
